3 weeks old still refusing bottle

I’ve been trying to get my baby to take a bottle everyday and he still won’t . My family has tried to feed him but he still won’t take it . He won’t even suck a pacifier. A relative told me to try every hour and don’t breast feed until he takes the bottle but I don’t want to starve him or him cry 😣. & the reason I’m trying so hard is because ill be going back to school so he will have to take a bottle . Any advice ladies . Oh and yes I’ve tried different bottles ! (Dr.brown , tomme, avent , parents choice , spectra breast pump bottle )
