Any luck with right flange size?

Did anyone have better luck with pumping when they got the correct flange size?
I’m only getting 2oz per session and pumping always leaves me sore by the end of the day. I was using the 24mm but apparently I need 17mm😅

I did! I was using the 24 mm that came with my pump. So painful and I was barely getting enough I had to supplement some days.  Then I learned about sizing and I got the 18mm from lacTech and they changed my pumping journey. 
I exclusively pump, and if it wasn’t for those flanges I would have had stopped already. 
I am now pumping about 50oz a day, have a very nice stash, I am even in process to become a donor, and the best is I only pump 4 times a day!

Whoa! I use the 30mm flanges 😳

Try using pumping pals they are amazing! I was able to increase my output just by getting the correct size flanges! I got the extra small/small kit, which includes silicone flanges (super comfy) for my 30 min pumping sessions!

I also needed a 17 mm. Mine came with a 24, I believe. I went from pumping less than 2 oz combined to getting 4-5 oz on each breast when I ordered the correct size.

Yes I needed 17 probably too i gave up i had 19s and I think they were still too big but I am done now =\ I dont know why the box sizes are so large when the most common answer is theyre too big for most women!

I’ll find out this week! Just ordered my 17mm flanges. Who knew I had such small nipples? 🤷🏻‍♀️😂
