Husband past 9:40pm on work night

A little background, a few weeks ago my husband asked me if it would be okay for him and his friend to meet up 1 day during the work week on a weekly basis for drinks. My husband and I own a business and he runs most of it, whereas I usually only deal with the bookkeeping end and I'm also fully in charge of our house and our 2 boys (3.5yrs and 1yr). I'm not going to lie...I sometimes wish we could switch roles because even though I know he works hard, I feel like I have 2 full time jobs and zero time to myself. I usually go to our business with our kids 3-4 days a week for 3-6hours and on top of that we have no babysitters or daycare so I'm always tired and stressed out. But anywho, I told him weekly was too much so we agreed to biweekly.

Fast forward to now, my husband and his friend went out for a few drinks and it is now 9:40pm and husband isn't home yet and hasn't responded to my texts from 30 minutes ago. I feel like its a little late to still be out knowing its the middle of the work week and I also worked at our business today and had our boys while working so god knows I could use his help at home. And him not replying to my texts isn't helping my mood either. Am I right to be annoyed or am I overreacting?
