Tailbone pain (bruises/fractured)

Hey mamas! Today makes 3weeks since I gave birth to my 10pound 6oz baby. It was pretty traumatic because he was stuck (broken collar bone etc)....anyways, my tailbone has been sore since then. This is my 3rd baby and I never had this with the other two. Nursing him all day and night is painful to sit. I read that it can last up to 12weeks. Anyone have experience with this???
