Postpartum healing question

I’m five weeks PP and finally worked up the courage to look downstairs to see how I’m healing but it looks as if there’s a strand of skin attaching the two sides of the opening of my vagina. Not on the labia but a bit more inward. Also one of my stitches hasn’t dissolved yet. Has anyone experienced either of these things?

My 6 week PP appointment was supposed to be over the phone but I’m going to request to be seen in person.
