In a relationship I’m not happy with because I can’t afford to leave

I need suggestions

I have been in a relationship with my boyfriend for almost two years and we live together. I found out that he cheated on me about a year ago and I haven’t felt the same since. I have tried so hard to get back to how it was before, but it’s not the same. We argue all the time, I don’t trust him anymore. I just feel like I’m starting to see everything that is wrong with him and our relationship even clearer. He never cleans up around the house and nothing gets done unless I do it. I do love him, but I can’t be with him. All it does is make me depressed and I can’t keep living like this.

We had a huge argument a few days ago and he basically broke up with me over text, but then when I got home he said that he didn’t and if I want it to be over, then I have to break up with him in person. Well I would have done it, but I don’t want to break his heart or mine. Break ups are very hard and I have never been able to do it in person. If we were to break up, I would not be able to pay all of the bills for the house. I don’t have any friends, so I wouldn’t be able to find a roommate that I trust. I work basically full time, so I can’t get another job. I don’t know what I should do but I can’t keep living like this anymore.
