Hospital?

I had a really bad panic attack today and now I’m experiencing cramping and it keeps getting stronger and stronger. Am I supposed to go to the hospital? I’m really scared

I know what a panic attack is had those for years (like I said in others posts severe anxiety with panic attacks but ok with good medication combination now,but took years to find it )I do rarely anxiety now ,I’ve been already hospitalized cause my anxiety wasn’t healthy anymore.I could not have still living this way .If you can’t handle your panic attacks anymore you got 2 choices:Take an asap appointment with your psychiatrist and if you can’t wait and can’t handle it right now go to the hospital.I know what an panic attack is :it’s like you’re dying but you’re not dying for real .It’s sometimes unbearable.Take care ,do the best for you (talk to the doctor or psychiatrist you’ll see about your actual medication (cause it can change everything))If you wanna talk I’m here I’ve been there for years when my medication wasn’t well balanced.I can understand a lot .Take care and hope by the time I’m writing this your panic attack passed and you’re safe .bye bye
