Can't deal with this anymore.

My husband and I have been together for 3 years now and we have a 22 month old and a 7 month old. This is the second time that I've found a dating app on his phone. I don't like to snoop around his phone since I feel like that's personal but I can't do it anymore. The first time I saw it on his phone I did talk to him and he deleted it no prob. I asked him why he downloaded the app and he said that its just ti talk to the girls and mess around nothing serious. at this point I don't care anymore. Do y'all recommend I talk with him again or just end up going our separate ways? He tells me that he loves me and that he can't love without the girls and I. But I know that's bullshit, it's not an open relationship in anyway. So it's feels like cheating. I think I'm overreacting but I just need some thoughts. Thank you, guys.
