Painful sex 11 weeks pp

Its been 11 weeks and im still in so much pain durring sex. I feel bad like im not the same down there anymore. My husband litterally went to check on some stupid shit mid sex and just left me hanging because i was in too much pain. He hasnt gotten off the last 3 times we had sex. He takes like 20 minutes before getting tired of it and its sad because im sore from sex and certain positions i tell him not to do. Help ....
