Teething or sick? Help!

My son has been teething this week and his appetite has been kind of lacking but he’s been soiling diapers normally - usually pees all day and one or two poops a day.

But he has not pooped since mid Friday. He woke up Friday night was gas pain and had lots of toots. This morning he woke early and he was HOT. I took his temperature (forehead) and it was close to 101. I gave him Tylenol and got him back to sleep. He woke up an hour later and the fever was down to 99.

He isn’t really chewing on his fingers today but refused all food, even his favorites. I managed to get him to eat one fruit pouch. He drank some chocolate milk and breast milk but refused juice/water.

He was acting upset all morning, pacing and whining and being cuddly. I put him down for his nap at 10:30 and his diaper was dry from when I changed it at 7am (and that diaper was full of pee from overnight). He’s still asleep now (normal for him). No cold symptoms. Is this all from teething? I’m worried.
