Husband sick acting like hea dying!! (NOT CO-VID)

Is my husband the only one that when they get sick with a head cold or anything they act like they are in deaths door and just a crab ass all day! He woke up crabby as hell yelling about how he’s been up since 6:30 from not able to breath out his nose l stuffed up, sneezing watery eye and drainage in the back of his throat. Our 13 year old daughter had a stuffy nose a little cough 2 days ago and now just a stuffy nose nothing else, but when she was getting a little upset cuz she couldn’t breath he got pissed.
