No breast tenderness 9 weeks

Just looking for reassurance or for similar experiences where everything was okay. I’ve had 3 previous losses so I have a lot of worry and anxiety. My breasts were sore in the beginning but it’s actually been a couple of weeks since I felt any tenderness. They’re definitely fuller than usual and I still have other symptoms like peeing a lot and extreme hunger. The reason I’m worried is because I went to the doctors (I thought I had a yeast infection, my first ultrasound and appt is on October 19th at 12 weeks) and the nurse asked if I had sore breasts and I said no and she kinda fell quiet and didn’t say much after that. I thought maybe because this is my fifth pregnancy and my body has been through this before my breasts wouldn’t hurt as bad? I just hope everything is okay 🙁
