I need advice

Unfortunately 3 weeks ago I was told to get a shot to complete my miscarriage @ 8 weeks. Last Monday I felt all of my ovulation symptoms as well as the discharge I typically get

I also had unprotected sex 4 times that day and really didn’t register that I thought I was ovulating until afterwards because I didn’t feel it could happen that soon . We were using the pull out method which my partner told me he had failed at doing. I stopped going to the doctor to check my horomone levels and I took a test last week with the faintest of lines just to monitor if they were dying out and they were. I took 2 test this morning and the lines are now darker and I’m cramping . I’m not sure if I should get my levels checked by the doctor once more because I am paranoid that they will try to encourage me to get another shot due to rising levels ,when really I just have conceived again. But I also don’t know if it is likely that I could conceive again this soon. Anyone experience anything like this ? Would you wait or take a doctors visit?
