No symptoms

Hey everyone, quick question. Has anyone ever experienced no symptoms at all in their 4th or 5th week of pregnancy?? I have two little ones already and my boobs were killing me since the very beginning. Now pregnant with baby #3, the only symptom I’m having is real bad nausea. Could something be wrong or just I just need to chill? Lol. I can’t make my appointment yet with my doctor because they say I’m to early and they won’t see anything in the ultrasound.
