9mo pp and post tubal

Hi there I'm 9mo pp and post tubal i got got my tubes tied after having baby as she is my 6th baby but i have a question has anyone ever got pregnant after a tubal? Since yesterday I've been feeling really nauseous like when i was pregnant i got nauseous after dinner and I'm the same since i woke up today 😅 I'm not due for my period until the 16th tho and my period last month only laste 2days i just don't want another surprise as with my last i got pregnant while on the IUD if anyone has gotten pregnant while having tneir tubes tide did pregnancy test showed positive?
