Tmi breast discharge

So, a little back story.

This time last year I was pregnant. I had a miscarriage at 9w4d right before Thanksgiving. Afterward I started to lactate, and my doc said it was normal and should go away on its own. The right side dried up relatively quickly, but the left side never fully dried up. Even if I don't stimulate the area for weeks or a month at a time, I can still express some fluid from my left breast. I always try to avoid doing so, but I have to check every so often to see if it's gone. The right breast is still completely clear. The discharge has always been opaque white, but now it has turned the color you see in the photo, and has started to increase slightly. My period is currently 15 days late and I have light spotting occurring for 5 days now. I am NOT pregnant. Should I call my ob? I am 32 and have had three failed pregnancies. TIA
