Agnus castus - vitex.
Has anyone used this that had irregular periods/pcos? I've been reading about it and would love to hear success stories. whats the best way of taking it and when do you stop (I've read after ovulation, 2/3 days before ovulation, before periods due, etc). Does it affect any other medication, or antidepressants, or is there any other herbal products that help? Tia
