They don’t want to lose their conservative/Zionist voters. Sanders spoke out against it as well as Warren I believe, but now it’s basically down to a bunch of more or less conservative candidates when it comes to The topic of Israel. The US clearly still isn’t ready for an actually left leaning progressive president.

What do you mean by support? Military support? Economic support? Participating in the diplomatic peace process? It seems most politicians have a sort of vague, diplomacy-based discourse on the conflict. And the 2-state solution seems to be the most promoted in the US and other countries/international institutions. But I think there are unfortunately people on all sides unwilling to make concessions. It’s definitely a super complex issue though and I’m definitely down to learn more about it if anyone else has ideas and info
