He cheated .. 😔

After being 6 years together (on and off) he cheated on me with his ex. They had sex while him and i were working on fixing on our relationship and i cried and cried and cried. He arranged a 3 some with his ex and his best friend which is my friend too. I feel disgusted. I was in the shower today and i didnt want to touch my body nor look at my body. How does someone just do this? I feel like im going to take along time healing. I blocked him off of EVERYTHING! Facebook, instagram, snapchat, twitter, my phone. Took down our relationship status, deleted our pictures. Cut our pictures in pieces. How do you get throuhh this heart break? 😔
