Am confused

I need an advice, my sister found out she was pregnant and didn't want to keep the pregnancy, met a doctor,he gave her an injection along side with misoprostol, she bled that day and was spotting for some days after.

Days later, we realised she was still pregnant, he initiated she use a mifepack, ( oral abortion pill) after the administration, she bled seriously excreting tissues and blood, 3 days past and the pain is still severe. The severe pains comes fluctuating, please any advice on what can she do
