I’m so confused I need help please !!

So I had a abortion at the start of this month so 19 days ago.

I took the hormones test they give you a few days ago and it came back with no line, meaning there was no pregnancy hormones left over from my abortion

Also I started the birth control pill 2 days after I started my abortion,

Me and my partner have had sex after then a few times and he believes our back up method have failed us.

I took a pregnancy test today and it’s come back positive so now I’m confused

Am I pregnant???

Is it left over pregnancy hormones, but my test the other day for my levels (which is super strong detective for the levels) came back fine?

Can someone help ??
