C Section

I’ve been through this before, but was lucky enough to have a newborn in the NICU the first time , so I was able to heal without straining myself. I had a csection on Monday, is it normal to feel like a stabbing pain slightly above my hip? Is this where the internal incision is? My incision doesn’t bother me at all, but I get intense pain there, which is making it difficult to walk, only on my right side, and then travels down my groin almost. I’ll get an occasional twinge on my left, but no where nearly as bad. I’m worried I’m making it worse by twisting to take care of my baby in bed
