Husband just stormed off saying he’s done....

My husband and I have been married for a year. Things haven’t been great to be honest. He keeps saying he doesn’t love me, he’s miserable, he hates being responsible for things (bills, himself, our pets, etc.) and marriage isn’t what he wanted. We’ve been together for 5 years, living together for 4.5 so idk why all of a sudden he feels this way. We have been NON STOP fighting for at least 7 months now and I emotionally, am done. I love him so much but I keep getting my heart broken and my confidence broken down more and more. To top it off I just found out I’m pregnant (10 weeks) and I told him let’s talk about our options and we did and he wanted me to go through with pregnancy. I still am on the fence but as of now I want to keep my baby. I am just so over the top emotional and don’t know what to do, or how I’ll survive without him right now. I need advice or support ladies. I feel so alone. He just stormed off an hour ago and right before he left he took his wedding band off. I feel so disrespected and not heard or loved. I can’t handle it.
