Weird Ask...Should I tell my ex Happy Birthday?

I’m separated from my husband. I want our marriage to work but he doesn’t. Im currently doing this no contact thing to help me heal and get over him. The thing is, his birthday is tomorrow. Should I tell him happy birthday? 
I know, silly question but if you know, you know. We have a kid together and been separated for 2 months for those wondering.

I do. My ex and I have kids together and were together for 13+ years (married for almost 10). 
Just because you’re separated doesn’t mean that you have to cut ties completely. 
It is a nice gesture, BUT do not place hopes on it. You’re being nice, but it doesn’t mean he’s going to change his mind. If you can’t handle that, then don’t say anything.

When my parents split my mom only said happy birthday to my dad. My brothers and I don’t tell him happy birthday at all. 
You can say it if you want to but you don’t have to.
