Things get worse and worse

A car pulled out in front of children and I about 17 days ago. We were going 54 mph. (We are in the red car) babies were just bruised and a couple scratches. Nothing major. I however broke my wrist, collar bone, and my right knee was pretty much crushed and had to be surgically fixed with screws and metal plates and rods. Of course that puts me out of work for 3 months. I have a 8 week old son, a 18 month old, and a 3 year old. I used my savings up paying our household bills and now we have been pretty much surviving on what we had at home and left after Bill's. We are out of food now and I got to feed the boys..I can starve but my boys cant. We have one food pantry here and it falls on the second and the last saturday of every month so I cant even get help from the food bank for them. I go to court for the accident October 30th and hopefully I will at least get enough money to take care of where I have been out of work and feed the boys but for now I HAVE to do something asap for them. They have to have something now. All they have had today was one slice of cheese but now all we have is a jar of mayo in our house. What or where can I seek help? Because apparently we are very limited here on resources and I cant drive myself so I cant travel to the bigger town a hour away. I need advice. I'm only 24 years old and just new to everything.
