Is it a prediction?

So I won't say what they were but kind of given general explanation of them. When I was 16 I had a dream that something would happen when I was twenty. I am now 19 turning 20 in February. I had a second dream about 6 months ago that shared the same conclusion but was more specific and definitely left me with my stomach turning. It was a nightmare but shocking needless to say. Then in September I have another dream that gives me a more detailed timeliness of this supposed event. The most common number was 8. It showed up in 2 out of the 3 dreams. All of them shared the same ending and each one more specific and nerve racking then the last.

My question is if I should search any kind of spiritual meaning (metaphorical or literal) in these dreams.
