Not feeling pregnant?

Question

Is anyone else feeling this way; I went from having cramping, headaches, nausea which led me to take a pregnancy test earlier this week to my surprise which was positive to not having any symptoms over the last two days other than feeling fatigue. Should I be concerned?

I’m 9.5 weeks; feeling really pretty good at this point. Majority of my symptoms subsided after week 6 and just had my first ultrasound and everything looked great. I would definitely say I “don’t feel pregnant “ which I’ll take as a blessing since there’s a lot of women who feel sick the entire time. Just remember, all women and their pregnancies are different.

I didn’t really have symptoms until 6 weeks. Try not to worry!

I'm 7wks  and honestly sometimes it happens until I get the sudden bout of nausea and then its like, "Ok. Can I go back to having jo symptoms at all please?!"

I’m in the same boat as you so I went from feeling a little bloated￼ little pains light head just feeling pregnant ￼I’ve been suddenly yesterday nothing yesterday... My right side hip was aching for like 16 hours on and off  then stopped and everything stopped.. I’m a little scared and worried this will be my third Miscarriage if this is the start of one my Hcg Levels are low 31 , 80 , 328 
No abdominal pain 
No Bleeding 🩸

I am 14 weeks and haven’t experienced any symptoms other than week 4-5.
