I DONT FEEL PREGNANT!!

I’m about 4.5 weeks pregnant but I don’t feel like i am!! I have kind of sore nipples and light period type cramps but that’s it!! I do get a wave or two of feeling car sick in the afternoon but I don’t know if that’s related. I have my second blood test tomorrow. My HCG Test from last night and this morning look about the same 😬😬 I just have a feeling it’s not real or it’s a chemical 😭
