EXERCISE?!
I’ve been working out almost everyday since April (covid changed me lol). I’m worried about if I should be running or doing HIIT ( high intensity interval training workouts) while I’m ttc?! We’ve been ttc since March, and I’m just trying to do everything I can to get that bfp sooner rather than later. Anyone else do these types of workouts particularly during ovulation and the luteal phase?
Help! I love working out and don’t want to stop if I don’t have to!
