Spotting when AF is due

Hi ladies! I’m freaking out and I need some advice. Please be nice.

AF is due today but my bbt is still high. I just went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was a light stain of brown with a tiny bit of pink.

My bbt dropped two days ago but came right back up the next day. My breast tenderness/pain is worse today and I haven’t had any cramps since the first week of my TWW. I have been exhausted since like Thursday of last week. My last test was on 11dpo and it was negative but it wasn’t first mornings urine or a FRER. I have been too afraid to test again and today is 16dpo.

Could this be af or spotting? I’m honestly so afraid that it’s af that I’m a little shaking a little.
