Autism worries...

So my son had his 12 month review today along with his shots. I was asked if he will point to objects or gesture towards something he wants of notices. He doesn't and I am very worried.

He can-

Wave

Clap

Blow a kiss

Give a kiss

Knows 3 actions to a song

Says Mama, Dada, Baba, Nana, Hiya, yum

Arms up to be lifted

If I ask where is your ball etc he will go and find it.

Will look towards what he wants like a drink or dummy or tv

He makes eye contact

Will look (most if the time) if I call his name

Plays with toys

Can walk independently

If I say you want dinner he will go to his highchair

Beginning to post shapes in sorter

Laughs

Concerns-

Most of the time doesn't look at what I am pointing at

No pointing

He walks around the room constantly and runs and laughs (ftm not sure if normal)

Always carrying a toy around

Sometimes has not much expression on his face

Please no hate just advice and opinions please. Having a review at 15 months.
