Parents with 3+ children - is it a harder transition going from 1 to 2 kids or going from 2 to 3? Or equally difficult (and wonderful 😊)?

I've gone from 1 to 3! I have a 12yr old and I've 15 month old twins! It's crazy my daughter's found it hard as shes been used to getting undivided attention from me and now I have the 2 beautiful humans trashing my home leaving me n my dog needing therapy! So 1 to 3 is hard!!!

I voted going from 2-3 only because my older two kids are 14 and 12 so I feel like a first time mom again 😂

2-3 for me. I think it was mostly the age gap. I had the 2nd when the 1st was 4 so they started pre k which gave me 3 hours of alone time with a newborn. But my 2nd and 3rd are about 2 1/2 years apart so I never had a break. I was constantly taking care of a child.

All the transitions (0-1, 1-2, 2-3) were about the same for me.  My second and third are 14 years apart though

1 to 2 was SO difficult for me. Adding baby number three was seamless! I'm hoping adding a fourth will be just light the third.
My second babe was a needy baby... Still is, and she's 2. I think that's why I had such a hard time, but obviously worth it 😁

I have a 3 year old, 2 year old, and 4 month old. 
Going from 2 to 3 was harder, only because my 2 year old son is autistic. With his meltdowns and sleeping less than 5 hours a night, it has made caring for a younger baby kind of hard. I was 3 months pregnant and he was 15 months old when I began to suspect he may be on the spectrum. 
But if it weren't for my son being on the spectrum, it would have been harder going from 0-1 than 2-3. Going from 1-2 was easy. Going from 2-3 was pretty easy as well except from the absolute lack of sleep from my 2 year old's sleeping problems.
