do you think I need to see a therapist?

I was in relationship with narcissist and he discarded me for no reason.

Even when I was with him I was stressed coz I had to put a lot of energy.. I started getting white hair.. and losing a lot of hair coz of stress..

Now it’s been 4 months since he discarded me.. I had 2 panic attacks.. the panic attacks wasn’t easy I couldn’t breath at the same time I really felt am losing my mind.. he left me broken hearted...

Don’t know how to heal the wounds... without feeling on myself I still go and check his social media.. then I regret..

Am tired of being tired.. am losing my health and eating myself..
