Breastfeeding help!

Jacky • 24

So I’m currently breastfeeding my second girl! First time I did it for around 3m & stopped. This time I want to breastfeed only and it was going good but it threw me off when baby girl got sent to nicu after she was born for a week. I tried to pump but I wasn’t really motivated to but still got my milk to come in. She’s been home now for almost a week & ive been trying to only give her breast but I can’t tell when she’s full. She’ll fall asleep breastfeeding and turns away so I assume she’s done. I put her down and she starts again looking for my breast so I put her on again and I can hear her swallowing and feel my milk come out. She seems to want to eat frequently, I don’t have a schedule for her just whenever she wants to eat I do. but sometimes she still seems hungry and fusses at my breast so I give in and give her a bottle and she finishes it. Sometimes I feel like giving up and just stopping completely. When I pump I probbaly only get an oz a breast but I have to keep switching in order to get 2oz. Could be suction but milk just drops coming out so I switch. how can I tell if she’s full?? She’ll fall asleep or just unlatch and turn away but as soon as I put her down she’s turning her head like crazy looking for my breast and eventually starts crying. I feel like she has regular wet & dirty diapers and she has an appointment again on Tuesday so I’ll see if she’s gaining weight as I keep breastfeeding, any tips ?!!
