Thrush or irritated?

I’m exclusively pumping. I’m not sure if I’m using the wrong side flange or something, and just irritated the crap out of my nipple, or I’m terrified it’s Thrush. My daughter doesn’t have any signs or symptoms. I had been using Lansinoh lanolin and not much better, used Medela lanolin and got some relief, and put on some Aquaphor and breast milk on last night to try and heal it up some. My nipples just always feel erect and irritated, so hurts to have a bra or shirt on.
