Mastitis; help!

I was diagnosed late Monday evening with mastitis. I’ve been on antibiotics since then, so about 36 hours. The fever has come down some and the vomiting seems to have stopped. I CANNOT get milk out of this breast and it’s typically my main producer. I’ve tried wet, hot compresses, massaging in the shower, out of the shower, nursing like crazy, pumping, dangle feeding, everything. Now my nipple is sooo sore, it almost feels like thrush 😥. I normally pump about 5-6 ounces from it at a time. I can tell my babe is hungry and frustrated. What can I do to get the milk to flow? I’m worried this is going to wreck my otherwise sufficient supply.
