FTM and no help

Any other FTM struggling but have not outlet for help? I didn’t realize how hard it would be having a husband that works 2 jobs. I’m alone with the baby 24/7. I barely get a moment to breathe or relax my mind. My mom has been able to help out a bit but she also works a lot. I love my little guy to death but I just really need a break once in a while. My husband says it’s my own fault and I need to learn how to set him down and just cry it out. He’s only 5 weeks old and my husband obviously doesn’t understand that’s not an option. How do you guys relax and find peace when you have nobody to help?
