just pumped 80mL!! also could i have thrush??

I have a 3wk old baby girl. In the beginning I had some trouble with breastfeeding bc my milk wasn’t coming in! When it finally did I wasn’t sure how much I was making and if she was even getting enough. Well this morning she finished eating but I was obviously still full so I pumped the rest out so I wouldn’t get engorged and I was able to pump 80mL!! I would’ve probably gotten more but I didn’t want to completely empty them in case she got hungry right after I pumped! When I first pumped (she was about 2wks) I was barely able to get half an ounce and now I’m almost hitting 3ozs and that is probably one of the best feelings! 😭😭 Ive really struggled with the whole breastfeeding process but this just gave me so much confidence!

I do have a question that i’m hoping someone can answer. My nipples for the past 2/3 days have been really itchy. I try to change my pads as much as possible but I can’t lie there’ll be times where I’ll go 2-4hrs without changing them bc I’m either out or just really busy with my fussy one 😅 So could the itchiness be thrush?
