Nighttime diapering

I have a 13mo boy. Very heavy wetter. He leaks through his huggies overnights like crazy even when changed halfway through the night. I’m talking soaked everywhere. Was already tired of changing his sheets daily and now.. it’s time for the next size up. But my son has been 90-99 percentile his whole life so far and there is no size up...

Any tips / suggestions for overnight diapers? Very open to cloth diapering just not sure it’s that the best choice.

Worried most about absorbance AND comfort as my son is still having trouble sleeping for more than 2 hours a time🤦‍♀️

Edit: my son is still breastfeeding and hasn’t weaned during the night yet (working on it) so cutting out liquids is pretty much impossible atm
