Do you know what’s bull s**t?
When they say “your breastfeeding baby will need to nursed every 2-3 hours.”
When in fact it’s basically every hour!!! You start feeding by the time you get a few burps out and a change of nappy it’s an hour. Then you just get them off to sleep then BOOM! 60min later you hear the “FEED ME MAMMY!!” Cry🤦‍♀️
It’s 4am here where I am, I’ve only had 2 hours sleep after coming to bed at 9pm. If any other tired mam can relate comment below.

Omg I do not miss those times. When I was too tired I would just lay shirtless with her and take a nap with her. She would find the boobie on her own and go back to sleep on her own. The struggle is real but so worth it

Yes clusterfeeding baby is boosting your supply. Its frustrating and tiring. In a few months you'll be like man that was rough. They become more independent from boob the older they get. I once fed my first for 4 hrs straight. It was insane

Yes!!!! I thought something was wrong with me with my first because he was crying for food before the 2 hours. Thank God for an experienced breastfeeding mom who came to our rescue. My young ass was following Drs orders which was formula based 🤦🤦🤦 hospitals still go by formula amounts and time so it's super frustrating

Yes! I truly feel this “advice” leads so many new moms to think they have low supply or are doing something wrong.

I can relate.... I breastfed my LO every hr or less until she turned 3 months then started doing every 2-2.5hrs.

Yes! And if your baby has reflux that’s 20 min of keeping him upright after feeding. Not a lot of time for sleeping 😴

yes same here tired but think positive it good for bby....i try stop breastfeeding when my daughter 1 years old n she crying every time i give her milk from bottle....i just ler her cry until she drink all her milk...after 3 day she cry...she stop automatic breastfeeding ....
My tips just do it slow and you can do it....
