Ultrasound tomorrow ! Cramping normal?

Question

I have had a lower back ache since before my BFP. I am 7-8weeks (although I haven’t had baby ultrasound dated yet) any one else had lower back pain this long ? I also have thigh pain and sometime hip pain. I don’t remember this with my son.

This is my 3rd baby, and I feel allllll the pain 😫. I’ve had friends reassure me it’s normal but I know my scan will be the only thing to put my mind at rest. I have lower back, and middle back pain and weird twinges. It feels like they are more pronounced this time
