Period after MC

I had a natural miscarriage that started spotting on October 23th The sack passed on October 26th. I was 8 w and embryo was 6w. I just want to get my period back !! I’ve had a control ultrasound on November 9th to see if my womb was clear and it was.

Showed a trilaminar endometrium compatible with ovulation

I just want my period to come so as to reset all the system. I had unprotected sex many times because I didn’t think I was ovulating I hope next week my period will show. I don’t want to test for pregnancy. It should be remaining hcg if it’s positive. And I couldn’t think that I’m pregnant again. No more testing for me. Unless I miss my period like 6 weeks from now
