Announcing ?

When did everyone announce their pregnancy to the family? I’m 5 weeks, we just went through a miscarriage 3 months ago and I’m afraid to tell. I’ve had bloodwork done for my hcg and it’s doubling as should so that helps my nerves a little bit. But when is it too soon. Thanksgiving next week would be a good/fun time. Help? Ideas?

Ok y’all, I slipped to my mom haha. She’s like why are you so tired all the time and I keep saying idk I don’t sleep much 🤣 then I just blurted it out 
She didn’t believe me at first then it set in after a second 
Thank you all for the advice, We’re waiting to tell the other family and friends a couple weeks. Have an ultrasound the dr is hoping to hear the hb on 11/30 🤞🤞

This is my first pregnancy and I’ll be 7 weeks next week for thanksgiving, and because we live away from family we will be FaceTiming our parents and siblings to share the news. I know many people wait due to risk of miscarriage, but I feel that living in fear discounts the positivity I’m feeling and excitement I so desperately want to share! This will be the first grandchild/niece or nephew and I want to share the news with everyone in a fun, exiting way!  ❤️

I've lost 2 little ones but I tell my family right away. It's really nice to have people to help when you have that heart break. But if you don't feel comfortable with that after the first ultrasound or 12 weeks is the "safe" zone

I found out at 6 weeks and told.my sister that same day and then I told my mom and brothers about a week later. I haven't told the rest of my family yet.

We were going to wait until 20 weeks and then tell parents and siblings but now he wants to tell them at 14 weeks. Then we'll announce on Facebook sometime after 25 weeks. We had 4 miscarriages prior to this pregnancy. We actually found out that I'm pregnant a year to the day after my D&C from the last one.

I told my immediate family right away about this one. I wanted the positive vibes and excitement right from the get-go.
I kept my first pregnancy a secret in order to surprise them, but I had a MC before I could tell them so instead of announcing a pregnancy I had to announce a MC. Felt 100x worse.

11 weeks the first time which ended in a miscarriage at 17 weeks. 7 weeks this time. My miscarriage was in June and I got pregnant again a little over 3 months later.

I’m almost 14  weeks and still haven’t announced; likely won’t till 20 weeks personally but everyone is different.
