If you don’t have a cup you need to buy one!

Cups kind of freaked me out at first but I’ve been trying to cut down on my carbon footprint. So I bought a cup and fell in love. Unfortunately, my cup got messed up days before my period and I couldn’t use it and wouldn’t get one in time if I ordered one so I bought tampons.

I cannot believe how much better cups are! I have to change my tampon every two hours, I can leave my cup in all day! Tampons give me terrible cramps and just all around make me feel like shit. I don’t want to do anything on my period but I didn’t know it was because of the tampons! I’m ordering a new cup and I cannot wait for it to get here 🥺
