I’ve got some really sore boobs since Friday and today have shoulder and neck pains is this normal? Tested this morning and got a bfn could this be a pregnancy symptom? Don’t remember having this in past pregnancies apart from sore boobs 😔 should I be worried or just a possible pregnancy symptom?
