I’m worried...

So I am 4 weeks pregnant tomorrow. Yesterday I started having cramping and brown/pink discharge. And this morning I woke up and my breasts are no longer sore. I’m worried my pregnancy is ending in a chemical. Anyone hVe this before? 😕
