Baby measuring small?

So due to the curvature of my placenta, I’m being monitored every month with an extensive growth scan. Yesterday, they said the baby is developing great, but she said that she’s only measuring in the 31st percentile. She didn’t go into any detail, just told me to come back in 4 weeks when I’m 32 weeks. She did tell me that baby is measuring at 2 pounds 9 ounces. I called back today due to not knowing if it’s a concern or if there’s something else I need to change like diet or anything to help her get more nutrients to be bigger or what. Has anyone else experienced this?
