Gestational hypertension

Last week at my appointment I was 130/76. Today I was 139/75. I run on the lower side usually around 115/70. I am a geriatric nurse so I don’t even know what’s considered “high” is pregnant women but they doctor told me today that my pressure is within normal limit. I know that 139 is technically high for adults. Just wondering if anyone had similar pressures to mine and did they continue to climb?
