What does a dream mean ?

So am only 8 weeks right now and we just told my mother in law but where trying to keep a secret due to having a few miscarriages in the past ( husband wanted to let her know still as of now ) well she told us a few days ago that she had a dream about someone having a baby but that the baby was ill and had complications am guessing a birth as how she was telling it it just has me very worried now because she was basically saying it was my baby and all this stuff and now am so scared I been trying to see online what that could mean but I find nothing does anyone have an idea or maybe it’s just her trying to be an ass !! But idk guys I been having this gut feeling overthinking about it .... help !! I’ve never liked my mother in law and this just makes it worse idk why she would tell me something like this knowing what we been threw this hoping will be my rainbow baby after trying for 6 years ....
