In the rare chance I test positive for COVID at the hospital, what should I do with my baby?

The hospital will be recommending that I separate from my baby after he’s born. The last thing I would want to do is infect my baby. The problem is, we only are allowed a 24 hour stay now, so we will be taking him home 24 hours later anyways. If I have it, my husband definitely has it and there is no one else in our town that can watch after the baby, no friends no family, nothing. Not to mention the fact that I will be breastfeeding. Is it right to believe that being with it’s mother and getting breastfed outweighs the risks of COVID? Should I tell the hospital to piss off and keep my baby with me after birth? What would you do?
